MOBIO generally obtains personal information directly from the individual concerned, unless the individual has consented to MOBIO collecting such information from a third party or applicable law authorizes MOBIO to do so.

We gather data automatically via Google Analytics or Log Data when you visit the site, and you may also provide personal information voluntarily by emailing us, registering for events, or downloading our publications.

Risk Intelligence Data refers to information MOBIO collects to evaluate potential risks from new business relationships. When assessing a new partner, MOBIO may request: (1) business entity information (e.g., incorporation details, tax ID, legal status, and authorized representative); (2) beneficial ownership details, including parent company and major shareholders' identities and holdings; and (3) any connections between the applicant and government officials or state-owned entities.

 

MOBIO processes information using World-Check by Refinitiv LSEG® to gather Risk Intelligence Data for new business relationships. This data may include sensitive details such as political activities, criminal records, regulatory actions, geolocation, financial information, identification numbers, links to sanctioned or politically exposed parties, and related topics. MOBIO analyzes this data to assess potential risks and ensures all stored information is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and kept confidential.

 

User-Supplied Personal Information. When you contact MOBIO or request information or services from http://mobioarchitecture.com, MOBIO may ask for your name, email, company, and other contact details. This information may be used, stored, and shared as described in the “How Personal and/or Business Information is Used” section below.

 

TYPES OF PERSONAL AND/OR BUSINESS INFORMATION COLLECTED:

Personal information refers to any data about an individual or their household that can identify them directly or indirectly. This may include contact details such as name, phone number, address, and email, IP address, language, and gender.   • Log Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, activity such as date and time of access, pages visited on the site and duration spent on those pages, data displayed or selected (including UI elements or links), cookie ID, referrer URL, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other relevant technology found on devices used to access http://mobioarchitecture.com.

MOBIO may also request additional details such as your company’s legal status, date and place of incorporation, related entities, shareholding information, relationships with government officials, tax identification numbers, country of origin, business and professional licenses, insurer, broker, insurance policies, and other information that you agree to provide for the purposes of fulfilling contracts or services.

 

HOW PERSONAL AND/OR BUSINESS INFORMATION IS USED:

Your personal information will be used, and may be disclosed to third parties operating on our behalf, for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Improving services provided by MOBIO;

  • Assessing and responding to a complaint you might make to us;
