Description:

Hotel - A 9-Story tower of 150,000 SF upscale Hotel with 180 keys, a 150-person restaurant with a Farm to table concept, lounge bars, business and leisure amenities. The hotel concept caters to Oncology patients for the new Baptist Cancer and Proton Center. Included in the program were healing and meditation garden concepts with an Oncology patient lounge where patients on a longer stay would interact with other families, be able to prepare home meals in home style kitchens as part of the healing process.

Conference Center - A 3-Story state-of-the-art facility of 120,000 SF with a main conference room to hold teaching and convention style events for 400 attendees at a time in the ground level. The Second and Third Floor are programmed as a teaching space for Nursing Scholars, Video production of teaching seminars, Medical Education area and Medical Simulation rooms, clinical skills learning and simulation, computer training and additional conference rooms. The Second level includes a Wellness Center to serve the neighboring community as a clinic for diagnostics and healthy lifestyle planning and a Gym.

Parking Garage - A 4-Story parking garage for 590 vehicles connected to the Conference Center at the second level.
