MOBIO provided full architectural and engineering professional planning and design services for the programming and design of approximately 6,900 NSF on the third level of the 650 NE 22nd. Terrace building in Homestead, Florida. The lease area required the installation of new walls, doors, finishes, paint, ceilings, flooring, HVAC supply and return systems, fire protection, air-conditioning units (as needed), LED light fixtures, and electrical receptacles to support the program and functions of the space. The design program included Reception (Check-In/Check-Out); Exam Rooms; Exam Rooms, Doctor Offices; Nurse Station; Lab Room; Admin Spaces; Nuclear Camera Room; Hot Lab; Stress Rooms; Echo Rooms; Ambulatory Surgery; Post Ambulatory Space; and other support and system rooms.  The scope of services encompassed programming and space planning validation, design development documents, construction drawings, vendor coordination for furniture and equipment, field verification, permitting assistance, and construction administration.
