MOBIO provided full Architecture and Engineering professional planning and design services for the tenant improvement for the new JHS Pharmacy in the main campus. The project encompassed the interior renovations of space within the assigned retail 7,600 NSF space for a code compliant Pharmacy. The space required new finishes, paint, ceilings, floorings, various building systems, fire protection, and a new air conditioning unit. The scope consisted of preparing construction drawings, robotic vendor coordination, field verifications, permit approval, and construction administration services. MOBIO assessed the space is ADA compliant. The project was designed in conformance with the requirements of the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).
