The Interior remodeling of an existing Medical Records area and Nurse's room at the existing Rosie L. Wesley Primary Care Facility. The project area of work is approximately 900 Sq. Ft. where the project converts these two (2) areas for Pediatrics use with spaces for Two (2) exam rooms, physician’s charting room, patient waiting area, a Nurse's area for consultation where a nurse navigator, Social Worker and a nutritionist would provide patient consultation. The project incorporated Jackson’s latest health system design guidelines for Ambulatory Care Centers. The space planning was designed to meet the AIA Facility Guidelines (FGI) 2014 for Outpatient Facilities.
