New Pharmacy Retail Build Out

MOBIO provided full Architecture and Engineering professional planning and design services for the tenant improvement for the new JHS Retail Pharmacy in the main campus. The project encompassed the interior remodeling from a former restaurant space to a new 3,000 NSF space for a code compliant Retail Pharmacy. The space required the removal of former equipment and furnishings, design a new layout and specify new finishes, paint, ceilings, floorings, AC grills, fire protection, new air conditioning unit, light fixtures, and receptacles. The scope would consist of preparing construction drawings, robotic vendor coordination, field verifications, permit approval, and construction administration services. The project was designed in conformance with the requirements of the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).
