MOBIO, in collaboration with Bostwick Design Partnership, was commissioned for programming and planning of the new research/clinic hospital of approximately 5 Million square feet with capacity for providing full healthcare services. The scope encompassed oversight, recommendations, and FGI interpretations, as well as healthcare planning solutions. In addition to a comprehensive planning redesign, 450 standardized room layout and data sheets were developed for each department and clinical room housed in the podium. Those department/functions included admissions/registration, emergency/trauma, radiology, diagnostic, surgery, pharmacy, nutrition/dietary, ambulatory/outpatient services, and discharge.
