Hamot Magee Women Hospital Replacement

Description:

Renovation of approximately 15,500 S.F. on the First Floor in Magee Women's Hospital at HAMOT. The project consisted of renovation work on the first floor of the Magee Woman’s Hospital including the main lobby, the existing triage and staff locker area, the former cafeteria kitchen, and the build out of the remaining shell space. The renovation provided space for registration and check in, a new labor and delivery triage area, outpatient OB/GYN medical office space, outpatient subspecialty office space, shared staff lounge area and on call rooms. The project allowed for overflow access for triage into the existing Children’s tenant space - ICRA type III.
