Description:

MOBIO collaborating with HED, General Contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, and under the leadership of Developer Signet Real Estate Group pursued this Public Private Partnership (P3) Student Housing development for FAU Boca Campus.

Phase I included approximately 150 beds in apartment-style units, and it would primarily target Jupiter’s Honors College juniors and senior students. Phase I was targeted to open for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Phase II encompassed approximately 150 beds in apartment-style units, and it would primarily target Jupiter’s Honors College junior and senior students. Phase II is targeted to open for the 2023-2024 academic year.
