Description:

Interior renovation of 9,700 SQF distributed into two levels of the existing Student Recreational center. The project scope encompasses the demolition of existing finishes, inclusive of floating ceilings and lighting, refreshing finishes and designing a new Suspended cloud ceiling system that enhances daylight and sound control.  New flooring and equipment were positioned for improved flow and friendlier use.  The existing facility was remodeled to blend with the newest two story addition to the existing building following FIU Athletics standards.
