Career Services Relocation to Primera Casa

MOBIO was retained by FIU to provide professional planning, architecture, building systems engineering, and interior design services for the relocation of the Career Services Center from the SASC Building Third Level to the PC Building Ground Level. To enhance the functions of the program, the space was compartmentalized into four (4) main categories; (1) Career Development; (2) Employer Engagement; (3) Boutique/Retail; and (4) Support Office Suite. The primary function of the program is for FIU to assist students in finding career options after completing their degrees. With this space, FIU would hold career fair events, job interviews, training, and other important functions. The design of the space provides a professional environment suitable for the objectives of this program. MOBIO and the design team worked very closely with project stakeholders, Administration, Media, Security, Facilities, and Maintenance personnel to carefully plan, program a beautiful, comfortable, and functional space and the FIU mission of Educate the Students, Service the Community, and provide Global Education Outlook.
