DCP Garage and Site Improvements

Description:

JHS retained the professional services of MOBIO and its team of sub-consultants to prepare a Design Criteria package to be used as ‘bridging documents’ in the procurement and selection of the design build team to execute a new five-story, 1,101 spaces parking garage for Jackson South Medical Center.  In addition, there were site improvements required for this phased development project.

As Design Criteria Professionals, MOBIO was involved throughout the development of this project in the following phases:

Phase 1: Program/ Planning Validation.

Phase 2: Schematic Design Phase/ Site Plan Approval.

Phase 3: Development of Design Criteria Package/ Bridging documents.

Phase 4: Bidding and Award of Design-Build Contract.

Phase 5: Design-Builder’s Design Phase as defined in the Design-Build Agreement.

Phase 6: Construction Administration DCP Support.

Phase 7: Project Close-Out Support.
