Description:

MOBIO was retained to provide planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design professional services to develop Construction Contract Documents, Permitting Assistance, and Construction Administration for the new standalone Community Center facility of approximately 2,500 GSF and improvements to the overall park at Bennett M. Lifter Park. In addition, MOBIO will include the design of the superstructure of the new 400 SF site gazebo, located in the north section of the park, east of the proposed surface parking area. Site work included a bike trail, new basketball court, remodeling to the existing gazebo, off site surface parking, and new fencing around the site.
