Description:
New Baggage Handling System Installation: MOBIO provided architectural professional design services for the replacement of the entire outbound baggage system throughout South and Central Terminals. The new integrated system will service five (5) different concourses in the two airport terminals. The program includes necessary improvements in support of the installation of the new baggage handling system as well as American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Upgrades and operational improvements including ramp traffic, signage, and safety-to-life systems.
Terminal H Modifications: Development of design and construction documents to demolish existing conditions at three separate levels of the existing terminal between concourse ‘G’ and ‘H’ at Miami International Airport. The project will enable the incoming CBIS/CBRA/BHS project to be constructed by rerouting existing baggage handling systems, building utilities, stairs, and security agencies operations.
