Baggage Handling System Control Center

Description:

MOBIO provided planning, architecture and interior design services for the new Baggage Handling System Operations Control Suite of approximately 2, 250 S.F. The suite is located at the Ramp Level of Concourse ‘H’. The program includes an entry Vestibule, a Main Operation Control Center with 16 operator stations in a tier configuration, a primary and secondary state of the art Server Rooms, conference room, private office and a Document Library Record Storage. The new BHS Control Room serves as the brain of the entire baggage handling system in the MIA Central and South terminals.  The project introduced a Clean Agent Fire Suppression system to safeguard equipment and documents in the suite.
