North Ground Service Equipment

Description:

MOBIO under RICONDO & Associates professional services agreement (PSA) for MIA programming and planning contract, provided professional architectural planning services for the future development of a new Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Facility and site.  This development would be located at the north-east section of the MIA property, where building 5A is presently sited. The initial program encompassed a two-story office/business of approximately 22,000 SF; a Warehouse/Storage facility of 15,000 SF; and a state-of-the-art Maintenance Shop of 27,000 SF all under the same roof.  The site was designed to allow air-side and land-side access to the Business and Warehouse facilities, but restricted air-side access to the Maintenance Shop.
