This landmark development brings together more than 400,000 SF of leasable areas for class-A offices and retail spaces, approximately 700,000 SF of roofed maintenance hangars with direct access from the ramp and the mixed use office buildings and free-standing parking garages with direct access to the business use facilities.

The scope also includes:

  • Roadway, parking, and other ground transportation, planning and programming studies, and conceptual design/engineering studies in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards. Department of Transportation (FDOT) and County standards and requirements.

  • The project includes the design of approximately 625,000 SF of dedicated apron area to support aircraft maintenance operations.

  • Facility and terminal planning, programming studies, architectural analysis, and schematic design for an AAM Terminal alternative, located adjacent to the existing PanAm Building (future VIP Private Suite Terminal).
