MOBIO’s partner worked alongside Tocumen and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) with the vision to develop Tocumen’s acquired 50-acre land across from the Terminal on the other side of the existing Tocumen River. The development meant to complement the functions of the airport while providing transient passengers and business people a “one-stop” place for business.
